Shipping Policy
Some items are made to order, the lead time for these items is listed in the product detail page for that item. Please allow up to several weeks depending ... USPS Priority Mail takes between 2-4 days to most US zip codes. International First Class takes 1-2 weeks for Canada, and usually 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world. Please note that some orders remain in customs for up to 3 weeks. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all duties, fees, and taxes associated with importing an order into your country.
The US Postal Service provides only limited tracking information, ie. 'shipped, in transit, delivered'. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding shipping times.
Your order is complete once it has been delivered to your shipping address. If you live in an area where mail theft is an issue make sure to add 'Signature Confirmation' to your order or ship to a business address. Traci K Collections cannot assist you with stolen packages. Is it not possible to file a shipping insurance claim once the package is marked by the carrier as 'delivered'.
Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Items that have been used are no longer sanitary and therefore cannot be resold by me. My business is too small to accept returns on used skin care products as I have to throw them in the garbage due to government regulations. And it is unsanitary
